My sister had been thinking if she was going to buy a property or just rent for it. Thinking that maybe a few years she will transferring to another country that is why she had an option of just renting for a place. But I often told her that it is not bad to buy a property since there will come a time that she will sure to visit our place again and having for a place on her own is better and make her worry free.
